EcoRobotik is integrating and adapting different educational tools such as the combination of STEM, Project Based Learning (PBL), Service Learning, Sustainable Human Development, Soft and Hard skills, Agile Learning, Gamification and Tournaments to guide and motivate the childhood and the youth in our society to learn about engineering, robotics and programming. EcoRobotik’s methodology is highly effective because it inspires the individual to learn by doing and to take care of the environment, while helping the economy. The reasons to create robotics tournaments that use recyclable materials are to improve the circular economy and the environment, they are interactive and energetic events for both participants and spectators, they are competitive, they allow young people to get involved in the creation of something functional, the premise of "learning by doing" is put into practice.
